| what size thread for these rod ends?
i was looking for some cheap rod ends and found these, but was wondering what size thread these rod ends have? http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...=++&search3=Go the discription does not say, anybody know? are most traxxas kits 4-40 or 6-32 or what? thanks for anyhelp

They're set-up for M3 x .5, but can be drilled out a little for 6-32.

I just run a 6-32 tap straight into them.

I got 6-32, I thot it was best. but other people I found out run 6-32 most the time. Okay get this Go to hardware store get 5 feet of 6-32 threading about $3.80, get alum rod from your LHS- mine was .69 Cents a foot plus get traxxas rod ends which are 4-40 and dirll them.. COST: USD 4- threading 4-rod 12- rod ends Thats about 20 bucks for links.. |
