venom pro charger question

anyone using this charger i have it and carged my lipo's for the first time and had it set up to charge at 1A for the 11.1v 3c battery with the cut off set at my MAH of 1260 it said it was fully charged and only 650 MAH in the battery? any ideas of what i did wrong or if the Mah was off on the charger and the batteries are acually fully charged

I have 2 of this charger. If your battery was not fully discharged, then it may have only needed 650mah to top it off.
