Default EPA on Servos?

Okay I have a Hitec 7955TG on my AX10 comp rig...In the past I set EPA at 120% seems like it can handle 150% without struggling more than usual.

Is 150% too high on the 7955TG?

I have been running 120% on Hitec 645MG for my scalers and it has been lasting through several comps as well. Should I turn it down to 100% or is it okay as is?
