Question help with scx10 tr suspension

i need to get more articulation out of the rear suspension can anyone help

if you've taken out the rubber stops on the shock shafts, you can maybe take off the smaller spring on the top of the shock

Put a 4 link on the rear, that is a great mod and will help as well

Depends on what kind you get. The R2J ones are $16 I think? The ones he makes look the best and are well worth the $ IMO A lot of guys are running his

ya got the tr so it came with the 4-link trusses (or should have)

I didn't even think about that. I was thinking about the SCX10. Then just look at some new shocks or moving your shock location. How much more flex are you looking for and why?

Question

maybe about another 1in or 1.5in maybe 2 and because i am always tipping over because the back bottoms out so overall what should i go with

Where is your battery located? More details on your setup please. But definately start with removing the bump stops from the shocks.

today i removed the bump stops and other than that my suspension is stock and im going to move my battery to the front it was in the back do u need a kit to move the battery up because i tried and i didnt see a screw whole to attach the back of the battery tray

No, you won't need anything to move it up front. Just remove the battery thray and the electronics box from your RC, then swap their locations, mount the electronics box where the battery tray was and mount the battery tray where the electronics box was. The screw holes will line up perfectly.

ok i was thinking that but then the wires might get caught in the gears or i could get some spacers and longer screws so everything is up front i think i might do that but thanks u guys r a big help

There should be a supplement in the instructions on how to mount the bat up front. Unless that only comes with the kits. Check Axial's website if you don't find it. Search for 'gas tank mod' and it will show how to move the electronics box to the very rear so it looks like a gas tank! You may need some servo extensions though. Just zip tie the wires to the chassis and you'll be good to go.
