thanks to all your guys' help i was able to narow my choice's to these 2 kits

How about that? For a comp level crawler, this is a better starting point.

Save yourself some money and grief. If ya want a shafty basher/trail crawler, get an Axial artr. If ya like tubers, just get a tuber chassis and bolt the axial stuff to it. here is a tuber build I just did; Rock Rider Build

I reckon thios is a better starting point other than the kit all you need is jato rod ends and batts oh and a punk RC DIG unit
