Default cutting tranny when cutting bottom of chassis off...

ive looked around and seen all these TXTs with the bottom of the frame cut, thats no problem for me to do but how are you guys mounting the tranny afterwards? do you just move it up or are you cutting all the stock lower mount off and fabbing something up? any info helps, pics help even more... im new i just got my stock txt yesterday.
