I don't think anyone has used it before. Got a pic? I've never even herd of a b4.

I may be wrong here, but don't all associated offroad buggies and trucks use a variation of the stealth tranny? If yes, then it has been used before by a few people.

I'm building a TLT using a B4 tranny right now. I won't know how it works until it's completed, but it fits very well into a modified stock chassis and is a lot smaller, smoother and I believe stronger than a Stampede tranny. I'll post some pics when I get a chance.

Yes it can be used
Maybe it is stronger than the stampede
Yes it is usually cheaper to find one on the bay
Yes you will get made fun of for having "dogbones"

look on page 5 and page 8 of benders sw2 venders thread there is an 1/8 scale buggy based sw2 that is brushless in there, so in answer to your question YES it can be done, I just welded a set of steel traxxas yokes to a xxxt trans and they work awsome, borrowed the idea from chino63, you could do the same thing to the stealth.......halfcab

Here it is in a slighted modded stock TLT chassis.
