Default Do you like your 'Micro' Crawlers?

Ever since the 1/64 Bit Char-Gs came out (anybody remember those?) I've been intrigued by micro RC cars, but the one button left-right-forward-backward turned me off, so I waited a few years and got a Losi Micro-T. Finally I had proportional steering and throttle, but the steering wasn't tight enough and the whole thing moved too quickly to have any fun on my desk.

I got out of the loop for a few years and now I'm interested again. Are the Micro Crawlers an interesting addition to your fleet? I'd like to just lazily drive around my desk and inside of my house only, but I'm not really willing to make an elaborate 'rockscape.' Has it kept you entertained? What is the realistic turning radius?

I'd love to pick up a used Micro Crawler that already has wheel weights and any tricks that would take me years to figure out, but I'd like to know what I'm getting into first.

Thanks
