Default what truck to buy?

Hello all. I'm lookin at buying a 1.9 scale truck and I was lookin at the honcho. But the only 2 pre built 1.9 scale trucks I've ever seen are from axial and kumodo. Who else makes one? thanks.

you can make any rig into a 1.9

RC4WD makes some killer rigs, very scale. If your looking at Axial I would go with the Honco or Dingo...lots of replacement/hop up parts for them. Tamiya highlift rigs are pretty cool to.

Go for Axial SCX10 scale trucks. Lots of upgrade parts are available in the market.

I have a Axial SCX10 TR and it is a good little rig. Like said above it has a ton of aftermarket parts for it as the axle's, tranny, motor mounts, upper and lower links, and electronics setup are the same as the AX-10 and have huge aftermarket support. The kit version comes with better gear but no electronics. The TR comes with cheep electronics and cheep links but at a cheep price, but it does move pretty good and crawls decent.

The RC4WD stuff is excellent but expensive.

I would definitely go for the SCX10, but buy the kit.

Better to build it yourself, then you know how to fix when things break.

Also, with the kit, you get several upgrades like the links. You can also then choose your own electronics instead of being stuck with stock axial stuff...

I have an SCX10 that I have upgraded and run Tekin electronics in. (Not waterproof and that is a preference for scale rigs at times)
