Welcome to the site. Do some reading on each vehicles dedicated forum section. There is tons of info on both models.

hey rod, welcome!
I was in the same dilema as to what truck to purchase to get back into rc...i did some research and actually instead of the losi comp crawler, i chose the losi night crawler. out of the box bang for the buck with the advantage of every hop and parts inner change for the lcc. so over time id be able to build and learn the truck and appreciate it more.....id look at the lnc buddy, it worth it!

For what you get out of the box and for $200 the LCC is a great way to go . Comes with aluminum links , aluminum steering link , and aluminum hexes , aluminum servo arms , dig capable transmission , and been around a while so all the bugs are worked out , unlike the XR10 . The XR10 looks great but I plan to buy one after all the problems are resolved .

If you plant to run in the 2.2 comp class take a look at the LCC .
If you plan to run in sportsmen take a look and the LNC .

Cool

Hey! I just purchased a Losi night crawler. It is my first crawler and it truly is great.

Out of the box the only thing I did was cut the tire foams down so they get a little bit more grip and adjusted the shocks and it climbs like a champ. I've got up some good stuff! Hope this helps.

Losi Night Crawler is the way to go for a cheaper crawler.I have had mine for 8 months and love it and I also have a LCC and like it too.
