| newbie question
please laugh after the answer please. please describe the difference between the 2.2 1.9 and the 1.55. is it just tire size? i have been looking at the different trucks in the different catagories. i love the looks of a 1.9 and the 1.55 better than my 2.2. thanks guys.

Its also different classes if you compete. 2.2 pro and sport. 1.9 we just started have a class for in are club on the west coast. And the scalers are a mix up of both. Hope that helped some.

I am assuming because you are asking about 1.55 your question is receding to tire size. Scalers run all 3 tire/wheel sizes. In comp terms 2.2 is most common and usually 1/10 scale. 1.9 is usually 1/18 scale. You won't find 1.55 in a comp unless someone is running them in a scale comp. Hope this helps.

ok for instance in the 1.9 section what size are the trucks, 1/10 or 1/18 ? thanks.

got it. i own a axial rock racer that i want to look scale with 1.9s i am having trouble finding a body that will look right. i bought the honcho body and for it to look right the back shocks are in the way of the bed. any help with pictures would be great. thanks guys for all the help.

You may need the Honcho chassis if you want it to fit right. The shock placement is different then the crawler chassis. |
