Hey all, I've been into off-roading and rock crawling in real Jeeps and buggies for over 15 years now, and looking to get into rc crawling. I hail from Metro Detroit, Michigan. With so many models and choices on the market, I figured this would be a great place to start! I belong to several forums, and I try to help the newbs when I can, we all had to start somewhere and we all had lots of questions when we did, right? So I'm sure I'll have lots of newb questions, but I'll try not to let them get annoying by doing searches and reading threads. But I'm not completely new to r/c, years ago I had a Traxxas Rustler and an HPI RS4. Anyway, what I think I'm leaning towards is an Axial SCX-10 with a Cherokee body, I want to model it after my weekend warrior/daily driver: ![]() Last edited by LowLock; 02-23-2011 at 08:32 AM. |

Can't go wrong with the SCX10! Get the kit version if you want to build it and get better upgrades to begin with. Allows you to pick better electronics too! Your XJ looks awesome!!! |
