Default what motor and esc to upgrade my scx10?

I am just looking to get some advice on what i should upgrade my motor and esc in my scx10 and also pinion gear size i should use?

my budget is about 100 and its the same question what would you say?

i would say 100 to 150

With $150 to spend i would go with a CC Sidewinder and a machine wound brushed motor in the 35t-45t range...

the standard esc is backed by a 1 year warranty
