| Why didn't anyone tell me earlier???
Ok so I've had a Losi MRC for just over a month or so. I wanted to do as many of the free mods as I could so I lowered the shock positions, weighted the wheels, etc... Only thing I spent money on was for a better servo. I kept wanting to ditch the stock tires but figured meh... i'll keep it cheap... besides how much difference would it really make?... Well turns out it as probably most of you know it makes a HUGE difference. I finally broke down and got some red dot HB Rovers and with all the mods I have done the biggest increase in crawling performance has come from ditching the stock tires and getting a good tire! So for all the other newbies like me if your asking yourself if new tires on the MRC will really help that much the answer is HELL YES! I took it out and it went up lines that I had been working on for quite some time, and it did them absolutely effortlessly. |
