| TLT Steering sucks?
Hey guys, my tlt axles have the turning radius of a school bus. I have 4 wheel steering set up. But it still can't hardly turn. Any suggestions on how to fix this? And is this normal, or did I maybe do something wrong? Thanks

Take the stub axles out and grind them down a lil on the dog bone side to prevent binding. It helps a lot. But if you have a LONG wheel base then there is only so much you can do.

Make sure you dont have your knuckles on upside down, that cause's binding and crappy steering. Also you can grind on the back of the stub shaft and grind the stop off the front of the axle case.

You need to grind any stops off and do the grinding that jwrape has mentioned to get maximum steering without binding. It's not just you tlt but all of us who are running long wheelbases and locked diffs. The trucks just have a very hard time turning setup like this so most of us need to maximize the steering.
