Yank out the transmission, build up a TLT rig with it, and part the rest out.

You are well on your way to a good TLT crawler. You have a radio, motor, esc, tranny, batteries and driveshafts. Get some wheels, tires, a TLT, servo, body and a chassis. eventually you will want to upgrage to a lathe motor and better esc.

Is that an old super hornet? I have one of those. I was thinking about stealing the tranny off mine cause I kinda made the body/shock mounts explode 15 year old buggies are not meant to flip 5 times in the air! but the tranny is good!

It isn't, it has a different rear end. Whole different car for sure. And saddly after tearing my hornet tranny out, I discovered mine is unusable.
