Default motor and esc question...

I bought a FUZE 6800kv Brushless system for my Losi Highroller, well long story short the losi is a piece of junk. I was wondering if this motor and esc would be to much for my axial scx-10 honcho? I am worried it will be but just figured I would ask some much more knowledgeable people as when it comes to the electronic side of these things I am lost... Thanks guys.

you might get some cogging while at low throttle. but it should work just fine.

whats the beef with your losi high roller?

well, where to start lol. I got the thing brand new and after my first run on it the motor fried no idea how but I used one battery through it and it just went kuput. Then I talked to the shop I bought it from and they just gave me a huge discount on the Fuze set up so I installed that and next thing you know I blow up the dif and snapped a wishbone... ugh, it has just been a headache. I was hoping to use this motor for my build I was just thinking it would be to much high end and not enough grunt you know.

Way too fast, and will suck at low speeds.
