Default wheelbase

I have e gecko-2. I want to maybe lengthen the wheelbase. Should I do this or leave it as it is?? I was wondering what the best wheelbase length is for a crawler of this type? Any input would be great!! Does anyone know the wheelbase of the gecko-2 pro 60/40?? is the front or rear longer?? Is this why its called the 60/40??

It also has to do with the type of crawling you do. There are certain situations where wheelbase can either help or hurt you. Also remember that the longer you make it the bigger your turning radius.
