Default Left is right?

I don't know if I am just having a moment but I feel so lost. I am building an AX-10 and swapped the tx and rx with Traxxas set up and now the steering is backwards. I though I had the servo plugged in backwards or something bit with a tap it only plugs in one way. I'm seriously just about to learn to drive backwards lol. Any help is thankful.

There should be a switch on your radio to reverse the signal.

If your Traxxas TX has a "menu" button, then you can reverse the servo...if it doesn't have the menu button, just flip your servo over (you'll need to re-work your steering linkage if you do this)

http://traxxas.com/sites/default/fil...l_100217_0.pdf
go to page 30 and follow the directions for "servo reversing"
(this is a slow loading page so give it time to download.)

Good Luck

Hyde thanks but it's the 2.4 not the am transmitter. Menu button is very elusive, I guess it's time to dive in and give it a look. Thanks for the link.

Isn't there a switch to reverse the steering?

Traxxas TX's have a small switch on them to reverse servo direction. Should be located somewhere around the front of the wheel below the trim adjustments. No need to turn the servo around.

on the traxxas 2.4 ones, no there is no switch for reversing anything... on the tq AM radios there are but not the newer 2.4Ghz ones.

Let me know if I can help you with the "menu tree". I've used it many times.

the one he has, has a menu button...so that's the ONLY way to reverse the servo. It has no switch to do so.

So it seems with the menu it's pretty simple, just follow this guide:

http://traxxas.com/sites/default/fil...-menu-tree.pdf

It's either a menu or a switch, either way, both controllers have servo reversing.
