Default understanding batteries

i got a tlt and it came with a battery pack, and i don't know much about batteries. the stats on the pack is
Ultra Metal high voltage Ni-MH battery (six in the pack).
I-RES 22 P Volts 1.509
c/o Volts .9 c/o Sec 5000
Chg/Dis9amp): 5.0/30

what i'm really wondering is whats the voltage its putting out. my guess is 9V?
i also need a charger, will any charger work? i noticed there is one for sale in the for sale area, would that work?

not sure about the voltage output of the battery (Volts 1.509 per batt? i guess 9.0 volts), but you will need a charger that can charge NiMH batteries; and one that can put out 5.0 amps.

i recommend this charger:

on AC it can only charge at 3.0 amps, but it can do 5.0 amps from a DC power source (such as your car battery.)

If it is NiMH and there are six cells in the pack, it should put out 7.2 volts. All NiMH and NiCd cells I know of put out 1.2 volts per cell.
