Web Store - team3sixRC

Team3six is a vendor here on rccrawler...top quality products all the way around.

There are other lubes, but IMO, Rocklube is #1

X2 look in your parts bags, it should be in a small white tube. I don't go crazy with it, I normaly just put enough on to cover the teeth. When the small tube runs out I use Mopar wheel bearing grease....it looks smells and tastes just like the stuff from the kit.

Have fun with your build....

+1 i use synthetic bearing grease from the auto parts store, been using the same tube on all my RCs for two years now and have only used about 1/4 of the tube!

You can use something from an auto parts store, or you can support an rccrawler.com official vendor...

I've been using Silicone Di-electric grease for over a decade ... seems to work for me, may not be the best but I always have some around anyway.

I have a grease gun that I use and just pump some on my finger and smash it in there. Also I put a ring around the axle case and bearings so no water gets in there but i'm a scale guy so you might not need to do that don't think many xr-10s drive in the river.

Grease will never hurt but in my opinion it really isnt needed. I have XR stock gears that have had many hours ran through them and they look brand new.
