| New guy with a Maverick Scout.
Hi All, Still pretty new to RC Started last year by picking up a HBX Rocket(Surprisingly fun entry level car). I then found a local club to me and got the bug. Last summer and over the winter i raced Tamiya M Chassis on road class, 2Wheel Drive short course(Traxxas Slash). For this year i have just picked up a Losi 8ight buggy. So as the only type of car i did not have, I ordered myself a Maverick scout to find out what the Rock Crawling was all about. It only arrived yesterday and I was very happy with the car as i took it out the box, for the price and including a controller this is a lot of car. So far i have only driven it around work( Currently refitting one the floors of our office so lots of desk and box climbing). Apart from a very poor turning circle, it is a lot of fun. So just saying Hi |

Hi mate, i've just got a Scout myself, it came as a roller and just fitted my electrics to it. Only managed a drive round the kitchen so far, how you getting on with yours now does it suffer with the common terrible torque twist?
