Cool Project Complete!! PICS!!!

Well this is my first crawler, i didn't work on it much so it took me a while, but here's the (almost) final product. I printed off a side view of a NN chassis and cut it out a little bigger. Everything is steel on it (starting to rust where it's scratched:-( ) But it started as a completely stock super clod that i bought off of e-bay, and after being sick of no capabilities, this is what it morphed into.
Here's the specs:
2- Integy 55T Lathes
2- 8 Tooth pinions
Narrowed stock rims
Narrowed & custom tread design stock clod tires
Hi-Tech 645mg servo (on front)
Original Steering servo on rear (still saving)
19" wheelbase
The crawler store rear steer kit
Intellispeed 8T speed control
custom made links, frame, body mounts, upper link mounts

My shock mounts

The savage shocks didn't work, i bought T-maxx 3.3 shocks

Drove in......

But couldn't get out:-(

Tell me what u think guys

It's great for a first rig! It looks like you did your homework and used a lot parts you had laying around instead of coughing up cash for store bought stuff. Cool truck. I'd hate to show you my frst crawler!

it looks like you took your time building it and it shows. Personally I would shorten it up a little like to a 16" wb

Shorten it a lil bit, and get differ tires and you'd love it alot more, looks good for your first chassis build, and crawler build!!!

Looks good, rattle can the chassis to help stop the rust, and of course tires will make a HUGE difference. Good job on your first rig.

Looks good for your first time. I have to agree with everone and say your wheelbase is your enemy. 15-16" is where you want to start.
