Default Sectioning Wheels??

Is their any guides on here to section wheels?

Like a How-To on narrowing clod wheels so their like 2-3 inches wide but still have the lip at the sides?

I used search but I couldnt find any specific guides on how to do it and what glue/epoxy you would use that would keep the plastic sections of the wheels together?

Hmmm, I did a search on "narrow clod wheels" in tire and wheel section and found this in about 2 minutes. :?
