You'd have to have it done at the factory, or have somebody that know how to recalibrate the pots tweak it to broadcast on 75 MHz.

As a side note, Hitec doesn't sell crystals for their air radios. You have to return them to Hitec to have a transmitter crystal installed, even if you took it out yourself and lost it.
