| Tranny& Gear ?'s How do You Know the Pitch?
ok stupid question but, What differance does it make, Besides weight, for the motor can to be toward the front of the crawler and the spur be toward the rear on a pede tranny?

thanks but im using the factory tlt chassi just cut and and was wondering, thanks bender still saving for a SW2 man maybe after i get rid of my scale chassi |

Well, if you kept the holes exactly identical and flipped the tranny around it would probably set the motor about 1 1/2" - 2" forward. That's a big difference.

Another question how do i know what pitch a gear is i dont know if the gear that is on the tranny i just got is a 32p or a 48p? i knoe the maxx spur and pinion i have look totally different but i dont know what they are either? |

The maxx's are 32 and the pede is a 48.
