Sorry, its a bully comp crawler 1/10 I would like to use a single esc I had a novak m2 dig and liked the dig option so I would like that again, 3s lipo and up would be nice to. didnt know if one of the castles or a holmes would be good option, I have 55 turn tekin motors I would be willing to change those out if they are not a good choice. Once again Im new to rock crawling any help would be good.

I'd run a tekin fxr with punk dig for single esc.

What radio are you using????

That will help us determine if a "dig unit" of some sort is what you need, or do we steer you towards dual ESC's.

My reading here says, "Punk Dig" is NOT the way to go. Lack of support and hardware issues are prime here.

I "had" a M2 dig...it didn't do what I wanted so I sold it. Now I'm running dual ESC's.

I have a older spektrum dx3. My old m2 dig work good for what I was doing with it I just didnt want to go buy another one
if it will go up in smoke again and I wasnt sure about 2 esc because there isnt alot of room in the frame but if two sidewinders
are the way to go thats what I will do. Are the 55 turn motors ok, or should I run something else.

I ran a Sidewinder Micro with the stock 55 turn and it ran fine.
I now have Sidewinder Micros in both my comp crawler (with a 35 turn Brood Apocalypse) and in my trail truck (with a 35 turn Holmes Torquemaster Pro), with CC BECs and 3S LiPos in both trucks. The one in my crawler has gotten hot enough to wad up the sticker on it, but runs great.
If you're happy with the 55 turns and 2S, I think these ESCs should work well enough for you.

Yup. Shop around, though, every place I found has 'em cheaper than that.

Be sure to budget in for a CastleLink if you don't already have one.
