| Styrene help?
What do you use to cover holes and seams like a putty? Im gonna make a chevy flatbed and i need to fill in some spaces but i dont know what to use.

there are several products you can use - it boils down to personal taste & availablity. I think most use an automotive type glazing putty. Testors does make a filler specifically for plastics, but to be honest, it isnt that great. go to your local hardware and see what you can find - try out a couple of different things on scrap test pieces first tho! |

If the holes are big enough, glue in styrene patches. Buy some styrene rod for round holes, tube for really big round holes. Fll the tube with rod. For putty, I use bondo spot putty. IMHO better than the "model" putties, and cheaper in the long run. |
