| Stealth trans question
Should I cut the out-put cups down or leave them? I'am thinking I'am wanting to cut them down.But sure if I really should or not.Using maxx shafts.

It's not necessary. Just mount them like this.

dez, did you use the slots or did you turn the yoke 90* and drill into the soild part of the cup ?

I used the slots, just used set screws on both sides. I used a brushless set up and never had a problem.

I cut mine down, used Maxx 2.5 shafts, with the pin through the outdrive slot. I ground a small flat on the slot for the threaded part of the pin to set into. Haven't got the electronics in yet, so it's still untested, but I'm really happy with how it came out. Here is the best pic I have. |
