Default scale newb

hi all, well done for such a good site ,iv been thinking about a scale crawler for a while now,i raced 1/8 buggys for 3 years but got fed up with everything that goes with it,i didnt know if the slow ploding would do it for me,i bough an xc as it was £100 to see if i enjoyed it,i did the links, difs, tyres and motor and ye ha,it was ace, when you look at somthing you cant even walk up,you pick your way and get to the top with the xc,its brill, what i would like to know is what is a good chassis to go with,so i can build a scale looking jeep, and what are the best scale axels to go with it,thanks

the most scale axles would be bruiser axles, but those are expensive and hard to come by. So others use TLT axles..

as for the frame, look in the vendors section. There are a couple guys that make nice scale frames. Or, you can always make your own.

Welcome to the site
