Default Max Shafts?

Tower has removed a lot of the parts for the tlt axles, such as extra cases and the max climber shafts??? Where can I find these now?

The Max Climber shafts have more meat around the dogbone ends. The older shafts aren't even available anymore. As far as I know even the newer Rockbuster kits have the upgraded inner axles.

I've got the max climber and rock buster and the outer stub axle cups are a little shorter on the max climber, giving them a little more steering throw before binding.

This is a discussion on the shafts, but that being said most of us grid off the outer sharp edge of the older cups (about 1/8") to pic up the same steering

That is about how much wider they are. I haven't tried grinding anything yet on the rockbuster shafts. I'll have to look at that. Thanks rockwerks.Nathan
