Default Going brushless, need a weak link

What do I need to switch to a slipper clutch, since I'm locked up now? Stampede tranny, with lathe 55 now.

you runnin a revolver? if so there all good. although they have enuf power to snap any axle in a bind. A slipper might be a good idea if you arent comfortable with your throttle control

If it is a 22mm diameter stator, you dont have too much to worry about. Otherwise you need throttle control or a slipper.

My big outrunner would shear teeth of a Maxx spur without a hint of a strain while locked up. I went to a delrin spur and put the slipper back in and it's better, but I stripped the delrin spur at the last comp. I halfway think my motor mount was deflecting a hair causing to much play in the gear mesh. Made a new mount that WILL NOT twist It's full 1/4" aluminum angle I've only managed to snap one factory Twin shaft though, but the other three have almost twisted 360 degrees and are still holding.....for now I'm hoping that my Revo shafts will eventually be my weak link.

Here's my motor mount if you wanna see it......Hope to test it with a new outrunner soon

That picture is going to be the poster child for the power that is an outrunner, isn't it.
