I noticed this as well when I put together my kit. but once I put the shocks on, it actually limits the travel so the shaft doesn't reach the link anymore. Does yours still rub with the shocks on.

Are the upper links installed the correct way? Short side of bend on chassis side?

Do you have the rubber stopper on the shock shaft? That should be just enough to limit the travel so that it does not hit. Also are the links in the right spots? The upper links have that bend to them so they shouldn't hit the driveshaft. But it the rig has to much travel than it will hit. I found that out when I put longer shocks on my wraith.

Yeah I found the problem lol I had the wrong links up front. Thanks guys for the help. One more question the shock in the front when compressed it acts like it sticks when it's fully compressed and want release. ?

Take the shock apart. When you take the top cap off make sure the bladder in place and not sucked down into the shock. Inspect the piston to make sure that there isn't any flashing on the piston that is causing it to stick and that the piston travels easily up and down the shock body. Then refill it and test it. The XR-10 shock build video shows the build and fill process which works pretty well. The XR-10 has the same shocks as the Wraith.
