Default Pro line Power stroke shock spring help

I just got my pro line rears for my wraith and my wraith springs are to small in dia to fit stock bushing. Should I machine an adapter so springs fit or buy something different that fits without mod? i just don't know if wraith spring will bind at all? If so what spring rate do people run for trail/crawl applications?
thanks
