|  TLT- NOOB questions
Hey everyone, I'm new here, and new to the crawler scene. i picked up a TLT-1, and want to do a little modding to it. i have read about everything, but im still kinda not understanding everything. First off I dont really want this for maximun performance, I mean I want it to crawl somewhat, but I want it to have that monster truck look to it. I would like to add larger wheels and tires that resemble the stock ones. Then I would like to stretch it a couple of inches, not too much. Could someone poitn me in the right direction for parts, and WHAT WILL FIT, and what to use for the drivetrain. If anyone has these parts I need, pm me. Thanks in advance, David |

I woud point you to the sticky at the top of the TLT thread. That will give you the info on streching it, and making the strech work. As for tires... Jumbo Kongs if you want huge chevrons. (Haha, jumbo kongs on a TLT) Tranny and drivetrain will probably be left to a stampede tranny. Now, go search, build, and learn. |
