Default Its time. I think?

2 years since I signed up here. 10 years (feels like 100) since my last serious rc.

Not sure why I haven't plunged in yet. I've been watching from a dark corner with a jealous grin! You guys have some nice rigs!

Married with 2 kids. So I guess $$ has kept it at the waist side. I have been saving some change(whatever doesn't go to the 1:1cj7) for a cc-01 kit.

Can't wait to share the build and get into scale crawling.

Look forward to the next 2 years!

Married here also, one kid. Use to have two but sold the one off, so I can fund my wroncho project. J/k of course. Welcome and looking forward to seeing the build.

Cheers,
Wade

Got some overtime coming on this weeks check. Hoping to stop at my LHS and see what they have in stock. It may be sooner rather than later!

Recommendations for a decent budget friendly 2.4 rx/tx setup?

I have a pair or ruggers myself, so I waited till my oldest was old enough to drive a car. The wife hasn't caught on that every time my son breaks some thing on his car two sets of upgraded replacement parts show up.

The only downside is when his rig goes down, he ends up with my parts to keep it running. Small price to pay to have a crawling buddy.

Welcome! Another dad here, and I wouldn't have gotten back into the hobby if I couldn't share it with our little guy (our daughter is understandably less interested). At first he just drove, but now he's helping with the builds:

Had a few traxxas trucks as a kid. Always consider their products quality.

Im thinking sub 100$ on Rx/tx.
