| Introduction!
Hey guys, glad to be a part. A little bit about me: I come from the offroading world. Have a heavily built Toyota Tacoma truck that has been all over the east coast. I used to be into nitro cars years ago. Had 2 tmaxx's and one of them was right when the released the 2.5 motor. Got out not long after it because I got annoyed trying to keep them running. Also was recently heavily involved in airsoft. Just bought a traxxas summit the other day and haven't even had a chance to run a full battery through it. Looking forward to contributing! sauce: EDIT: sorry for my double replies, Mods. I didn't realize posts had to be approved first. Last edited by sk8rjess; 06-04-2015 at 03:48 PM. Oh trust me I'm already thinking about it. I'm going to end up with an sc10 honco. I have to mimic my real build... except the rc would have a solid axle swap Yeah, one of the only ones hardcore wheeling and rocking IFS - one of the only ones ever to have 37's and hardcore wheel! That aside, I used to be obsessed with RCs. I can easily see that happening... even though I feel like a total child playing with them. But hey, i'm only in it because my little brother just got into it, right? |

Well I had typed a response but it didn't post. Trust me, I already have an sc10 build in mind. I want to mimic my truck, but with a solid axle swap, obviously. Thanks, one of the only trucks to hardcore wheel IFS(not to mention 37" tires)! That being said, I'm already hooked on RCs again despite how childish it makes me occasionally feel. But hey, I'm only into it because my little brother just got started, right? |

Yeah will have to agree with every body else you probably will end up with a scale crawler just for an idea build a replica of your 1.1. I know what you mean with the nitro's haven't ran my tmaxx for a long time now the traxxas slash on the other hand lol

EDIT: I posted earlier but it didn't show. Anyways. @johnny thanks. one of the only hardcore wheelers on IFS still(not to mention on 37s!). I already want to build an scx10 and mock my truck. I'll have some fun with the summit for a bit then start looking at starting a honco build. Already looking around for parts for it despite me being nowhere near ready to buy, ha. The main reason I went with the summit is it's a beast and it's already fully locked. my little brother and sister can beat around on it and i don't have to worry about it breaking(too bad). It's still kind of weird being older(i'm 25) and playing with RC. I mean, it's only because my little brother just started getting into it, not because it's really a blast  Last edited by sk8rjess; 06-04-2015 at 08:49 PM. |

I'm 36 and love it also. As far as axial rtr models go the scx10 deadbolt is the most bang for the buck. By design wheel bases can easily be adjusted with different links. To fit any body u wish

I haven't even begun to research the axials just yet but do they make selectable lockers for them? I saw an ARB licensed locker but it didn't look selectable to me.
