First post, issue with Slickrock

Hey guys/gals my dad bought my son a Vaterra Slickrock last year for Christmas. It has been fine up until recently when it started acting weird.

I first noticed something was wrong because it would turn normal to the left, but barely at all to the right. I was having to compensate with the steering trim on the radio. It sat unused for a couple months. I have a buddy with an Axial Wraith that came over and let my son try it out. That got him back into it and so I had to get his fixed up.

I made sure I had good batteries in the truck and radio and tried it out. It moved forward and reverse but had no steering at all. Today I replaced the steering servo with a high-torque one. It works, but the turning radius is awful. The servo is brand new. I took a video and I'll post the link below.

I'm a complete noob and don't really know how to diagnose problems on RC vehicles. I'd really appreciate some help so I can make my son happy. (Honestly it will make me happy too as I like tinkering with this thing and crawling over logs.)

Fixed!

I guess I should have read the manual first. The steering end points weren't set right it just needed to be programmed.
