Default Spektrum DX6i Transmitter

I have a Spektrum DX6i Transmitter that I have been using for flying and was wondering if I can use it for a crawler. I have seen a note about converting these radios for car and truck use but nothing for this pacifistic unit. Also wondering about putting the receiver from my plane into and Ascender?

Well, as long as you can get the radio and the receiver to bind it should work just fine.

the left hand stick is at the bottom for airplanes, for best use you should get it converted for land
so that both sticks are at center. this way you can go forward or backwards in any direction

you can bypass this by not using that particular channel or you could send the radio to
horizon hobby and they will be more than glad to convert it over usually for free.

check out the service at horizonhobby.com for more info
