I have my tires vented. The water can escape through the holes in the tires.

The beadlock set I was going to dismantle was foams in the washtub. Air dry re assemble. But I think that this would get old after a while. As for the glued ones, I guess squeeze them and set in the sun for a while?

I tried the squeeze and leave in the sun deal once, took days to dry out. Now when i play in water my glue on wheels sit on a box fan for about a day or so, works a treat

You can speed up the process by spinning the wheels off the ground at top speed for a bit. The speed forces a lot of the water out of the vent holes.
I usually set up one set of wheels and tires with waterproof foams, and have a second set for dry rock.
