Default esc question

Theres probably a thread but my brain hurts from looking,so take it easy on me.Is there a waterproof replacement for my TRAXXAS EVX? or at least a way to water proof it? I know mtronics makes some but can you run dual motor/battery set ups with these? I use it for mud/rock/snow so I would like to keep the dual motor/batt set up for the high speed and power. I have seen the threads using covers over the elecronics but I was looking for a more waterproof alternative.

thank,
derrick

go to radio shack, buy a 2 inch by 4 inch project box. Then go to home Depot and get some silicone caulking and a few rubber grommets. take the ESC, stick it in the box, drill holes in the cover for the wires to come out, stick the grommet in the hole you just drilled , lay a bead of silicone around the edge of the box , screw on the cover and put some silicone around the grommet and you have a waterproofed EVX.
