| Vanquish Tools- Quality?
I tried an advanced search to try and find the answer to this question and I could not find the answer I was looking for. I tried! I'm a newbie. ...So now I'm asking here... What are people's long(ish) term experience with the Vanquish tools? Would you put them in the MIP category? I see the sets are out of stock on their site...have they quit making them? (Thanks for letting me post this here!) |

VP makes quality products and their tools are no different. However, good quality or not it is impossible to buy a product that is out of stock. That said you can't go wrong with MIP either. BTW, did they ever dredge out Tuttle Creek? Last time I was there it was silted in so bad that the boat prop just churned up mud. |

Thanks for the input on the VP stuff! As for the lake? The Corps of Engineers reinforced the dam. Other than that, it's the same lake! When the water level is lower, you can definitely tell. All depends on how much water the let out and rainfall! Very cool that you know where I am at! |

Go with MIP. I have the version with handles and the Speed Tips for my electric screwdriver.

I was slittle bit concerned about the weight of the VP handles but I got used to it. Because of their higher weight the spin quiet well. Very good in combination with their bearing caps. Be aware that their spare tool tips have 3,5 mm and the nut driver 4 mm as shaft diameter. That seems to be kind of exclusive, compared to EDS with their 3.0 mm. I can't talk about the VP's durability, have'nt them long enough. Gesendet von meinem SM-G955F mit Tapatalk |
