mapp gas torch and brazing rod. make sure you buy way more tubing than you will think you will need.
be sure to fishmouth (cope) the joints for better fit and it will not take as much rod to braze it. just get the brazing rod with the flux on it.
i know most will tell you to use safty-silv but to learn how just use brazing rod.

i live in a small town so the auto parts store has welding supply stuff too.
depends on what size of truck 2.2 or super.
2.2 i use mostly 3/16 od and for super i use 1/4 od.
for a 60" (5 foot) of 3/16 is about 4 bucks and 1/4 is about 5 bucks.
the brazing rod is about 2 bucks for a 3 foot flux coated brass rod.
you will need a good flat file and a good round file for copeing the joints.

get some welders helper magnets, small ones.
aligator clips and a good flat place to work on.
also you will need a small tubeing cutter, fine tip sharpie, protractor and angle finder (this will be used to make sure all your angles are the same from side to side.
be sure you get the tube good and red hot so the brazing rod will flow when it melts. one thing to remember is what ever gets red hot the brass will flow there.
clean what ever you intend to braze. most of the time when you heat the metal red hot it will remove anything that might contaminate the joint you are going to braze, i have brazed painted brake line with out clearning off the paint. most of the time if you get brake line from auto zone (auot parts chain store) the are painted greenish, but other stores have galvinized (the good stuff). be sure if you braze the galvanized tube to do it in a well ventalated(?) spot, the galv coating if you inhail enough it can make you sick. but not to worry it burns off fast and then your ok.

Is it okay to use JB Weld instead of brazing it? I don't have the space to braze anything right now, but I have a ton of JB Weld.

you would be better off brazing I think. I got my brake line tubing at napa and it gave off very few fumes. I did it in my 7'x7' work space in the garage with a small osciliating fan running. With the door shut. I just used acid core solder and a small torch. I can stand on top of my tuber(195lbs) and have ran over 20 packs thru it with no breaks yet.

my throat is sore though..............................

No......Your better off Saving your money and buying a pre-made Tuber or finding a Used one for Sale.
