Default 1.9s and a blackfoot/bushdevil body

does anybody know how wide the wheelarches on the blackfoot body are and if they would look scale with 1.9s

Hum, I would say it should be fine. It really depends on how high you mount the body on the chassis.

im removing the front as the back it broken and building a metal flatbed

You should be able to find it in the 2.2 section as the person that I am building it for is thinking of going with them instead of the 1.9's. The chassis is from my project, so it isn't a complete build thread. If you want info on the chassis you can find it in the 1.9 section under "Junkyard Dog"
