What do you know about? Then maybe someone can help you with what you don't know about.

I suggest doing a whole lot of reading in the various forums. That is such an open ended question it is impossible to answer.

Is that all that I need?

You'll need at least 1 hi-torque servo and a battery pack to complete your electronics package.

Not strong enough.

Cheapest Hi-torque servo is the Tower Pro MG 995.

They run around $22.00 and have 200 + ozs. of torque

http://www.jpcustomrcs.atomicshops.c...75/4462000.htm we have them in stock.

Allot depends on what class rig your building as well. If your gonna build a super, you'll want a 3 channel radio at a minimum (TQ3) is a cheap but good starter radio for crawling. 2.2 class,a 3 channel is best but you can run it with only 2 for starters.

Theres several decent crawling ESC's out,the best,IMHO,is the Mamba Max. Right now,you won't beat the programming options, drag brake and the ability to run brushed or brushless in an all in 1 package. Holmes Hobbies is THEE place for crawling electronics.

What kind of platform are you going to start with? That'll help answer allot of questions.

Are you wanting a smaller 2.2 rig or a larger Super rig?

W/ a 2.2 you can get by w/ a 2 channel radio, w/ a Super and 4 wheel sterring being needed, a 3 channel at least is needed.

By platform,I mean a good truck with driveshafts or an infearior Clod Nah,seriously, they're all good. Twin Force,TXT,TLT,Wheelie King and yes, even the clods all have their own pros and cons. Pick the platform you like best and that you want to build from and hit it wide open.
