you guys can drive your trucks through water and it doesn't hurt the servo, speed controler, etc. I am into racing rc trucks but this looks like fun so i want to get into it. Is the wheelie king a good beg. crawler.

Go to the electronics forum and it explains how to waterproof your electronics. The wheely king is a great beginner crawler, very easy to stretch the wheelbase and very good axles to make a great comp rig. Hope that answers your questions. Jim |

Driving in water takes a fair bit or work before hand to get things all sealed up and still able to breathe cool air... A LOT of us use project boxes or plasticware with lokcking lids... You can use balloons, boxes, comdoms... Whatever.. Just remember to put some grease along with wires and zap-strap it on each side of the grease to keep the water out of ALL cracks... But yea.. Read the sticky in the electronics section for more ideas... |

The WK is a real good starter truck. i've had mine for about a week and its already begining to change! I'm eventually going to waterproof it, but first i want to relocate the steering servo (and new servo for that matter!) and get it stretched out...
