im damn neer broke. i need a cheep chassis. i wanna do something like this but was wondering if it works very good. if you bend something like that, doesn't it stay bent? i don't want a crooked crawler. i know some metal is bendable to a certain degree but what if your crawler fell hard and bent it too far. basically what i am trying to figure out is, is this set up worth doing? does it articulate enough? is it sturdy enough to handle hard core crawling? and is it really easy to bend it too far and end up with a crooked crawler?

Not sure about the Maxx version you've pictured, but you can always make a similar chassis for yourself. You could also look run2jeepn here and support a RCC vendor by purchasing one of his chassis pre-built for you.

Pretty sure he only has chassis set up for Clod/TLT axles so you may be out of luck if you already have an EMaxx you want to convert. Someone else here can probably point you in the right direction for how to convert one of those.

Good luck!
