Man oh man, I am so confused right now it aint funny.LOL
Been searching out the gearing options and what every one is suggesting on here and I think I may be more undecided now than when I started...

TRUCK=WK
TIRES= 2.2 Geolanders
ESC= Stock and I have a Duratraxx 15 turn reversing something or other
Batterys= 6 cell 2000 packs
MOTOR= 65t integy lathe

Gearing...Was thinking of 14 for a pinion and 96 on the spur. Should I change my pinion to maybe a 16 or 18 maybe?

I have also read where some appear to have trouble using the 96 spur due to clearence issues or a cover issue, then I hear where they have troubles with a 15/96 combo and cant get it meshed properly...a 14/96 Like I was gonna try would certainly give me mesh issues in that case wouldnt it?

I am trying to get a good balance of torque and some slight speed if I need to clear the tires out or if I get into a flip situation and can maybe "right" myself...

I know this is one of those test and try things but if someone could point me the right way I would sure appreciate it.
Thanks a bunch...I been searchin and searchin but hust get myself more and more confused.

Depending on which motor you run, you may have to shave the tranny case a little for proper gear mesh but it's no big deal.
