well it puts weight at one of the lowest points on the crawler so yes it is the way to go, you can also add stick on weights, youll have to play with it to see what weight matches your rig and terrain and your driving style to get the best outcome, howd i do for a newbie who still dosent have a crawler yet :P

Memory foam seems to be the new trend.

I weighted the axle and a little in the wheel. I used cut foams in the tires, so no room for BB's

| thats what i did. but i still want to try the kreepy foams. they probly have a better response. the temper-pedic foam is a little slow on the rebound and for a short while can feel a little bumpy after hitting some jagged rocks.

when using the airsoft bbs how do you go about filling up the tires? i used some but i obviously didnt use enough bc when i turn my tires just go flat and i cant turn... do you have to fill it to where the tire is at least 1/2 to 3/4 full when standing up?!

I abandoned bbs for that reason. No support. I think a foam/bb combo might be ok, but I didnt test that. One thing I can say is dont buy the heavier/denser airsoft bbs. By the time I got enough in the tire to hold it up it was way too heavy.

I put enough bb's in my tires that the fronts are 12oz and the rears are 9oz and that is tire rim and all. If you can get a good seal with your tires then you should be ok.
