was building a gorillamax w/revo susp..then the crawler bug bit!!! did the search thing ...has anybody got a 4 wheel independent suspension that works? saw that nitro "revo rocks" thing on traxxaz susp looks ok on vid proj2 that is i know walker evans did sone real world exp w/ chevy well i have parts n wanna try it any ideas other than e bay would be apprec!!!! parts sum..2.4 6ch/e-maxx xmn/2-65t mtr/evx @7.2v/2 hitec 805 moab xls on narrowed axials/int 120 rockers/gtr shocks/spools/cvd-lengthened/ti turnbuk's |

nice revo...here was my attempt to turn my REVO into a crawler ....i was gonna do the electric conversion but just decided to give it up .....i done everything i could think of to make it crawl ...gearing...de-tuned the motor ...locked front and rear spools... you name it ..lol....i finally found out that NITRO'S CAN'T CRAWL |

Sorry to drag this back up, but did anybody get this to work? I got to looking at what came with the E-Revo and remembered the Revo Rocks thing from a few years back. Looks like all the new E-Revo would need is spools, smaller pinions, appropriate tires, long travel bell cranks, ditch the wing, and find some rocks. Other than the spools and pinions, I already have most of that stuff to convert mine!

Just bought most of the stuff to do a conversion I'm putting to complete diff assemblies with spools together so all I have to do is swap those out instead of rebuilding them every time I want to crawl. Basiclly like having a Chrysler 8.75" or Ford 9" rear end with removeable centersection and several different diff options |

maybe it'll work. i mean with some driving skill it could be possible... i know i tried with my nitro mt and it just didnt work at all!! its a kool idea about being able to swap them out. i like bashing too much to build a full comp rig.... def post some pics of it up though!!
